Policies

* we do ask for a 50% deposit to complete the booking 

* we have a 48 hr cancellation policy, any appts cancelled outside of that the deposit will not be refunded

* it's important to be on time, please contact us if you are going to be late and if you are more than 15 mins late we might not be able to complete the service

* we treat everyone with dignity and respect, we expect to be treated in the same fashion
